4G Pitch Permits Application Pack – Danson Sports FC 2020/21 Season

Dear Club/Team,

Please find enclosed all the information that you require to book games and training for the 2020/21 Season.

Once your application has been accepted the following documents must be submitted to the club:

1.     Deposit - Via Bank transfer - details will be sent with confirmation e-mail.

2.     Public Liability Insurance (please ensure that it is ‘Public’ and not ‘Personal’ Liability)

Please note: All Deposits are Non-Refundable

Once allocated, your deposits will be required immediateley (If your deposit is not recieved within 24 hours of your confirmed booking we reserve the right to cancel your booking and offer your allocated slot(s) to someone else) Once the deposit has been paid we will then issue an invoice for the remaining amount sent to you requesting FULL PAYMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS (unless the booking is within 7 days this will require immediate payment in full). Payment methods will be listed on your invoice. In the event of non payment within the 7 days notice, the booking will be cancelled and offered to another team and your deposit will be lost. There will be no extension to this date. If full payment cannot be made then a casual rate will be charged in advance of your booking.

User Regulations 2020/2021 - Issued by Danson Sports FC

The person making the application for the hire of our all weather 4G facilities in association shall be deemed to be the hirer for the purpose of these conditions and reference to the hirer throughout these conditions shall be construed accordingly. The facilities will not be deemed to be hired until after the applicant has been notified in writing by Danson Sports FC to that effect, and any monies paid/documents returned. Once a pitch is allocated, the hirer is responsible for ensuring pitch charges are paid by the due date (in advance of booking). Failure to do so will result in all permits/training being cancelled.

4G Pitch Hire (Games):

Kick Off Times

Kick off times will be as detailed in your invoice.

Changing rooms will be available for use 45 minutes prior to kick off and half an hour after the game has ended. The hirer shall strictly observe the times of hire and shall not exceed these times except by agreement.

Cancellations/Lieu Games Conditions Of Pitches for Play                                                                                                                                            

Refunds will not be issued for unused pitch permits. Should games be prevented by weather or for any other reason outside the control of Danson Sports FC or be cancelled by the Groundsman then an in lieu game will be held on record to be rearranged within the current season. If for any reason your game does not go ahead you must contact Danson Sports FC’s Facility Hire Lines on 07838 132465 / 07377 996714 or send an e-mail to facilityhire@dansonsports.com within 24 hours to ensure a lieu game has been recorded. Cancellations made by the Hirer prior to an arranged game must be notified to Danson Sports FC’s Facility Hire Lines on 07838 132465 / 07377 996714 or send an e-mail to facilityhire@dansonsports.com with at least 7 days notice at the latest and a lieu game will then be offered.

It should be noted that cancellation of the 4G pitch use by Danson Sports FC is a relatively rare occurrence as Danson Sports FC wishes to ensure as far as possible that all fixtures are honoured. If cancellation becomes necessary, every attempt will be made by Danson Sports FC to notify The Hirer and/or the Club Secretaries in advance and in any event no later than 4 clear days before the date of the hire, but it will be understood that this is not always possible. It is, therefore vital that any changes of contact telephone numbers or e-mail addresses are notified to Danson Sports FC by e-mail facilityhire@dansonsports.com  immediately. Any cancellations will be advised by Danson Sports FC on Friday mornings.

Indemnity 

The applicant shall be liable for, and shall indemnify Danson Sports FC against any expense, liability, loss, claim of proceedings in respect of any injury or damage whatsoever to any property real or personal insofar as such injury or damage rises out of or in the course of or by reason of the exercise of the rights granted unto the applicant by Danson Sports FC. Under no circumstances will Danson Sports FC accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any car or other vehicle, or any article left therein or thereon which, in connection with the function, may be brought or left within the precincts of the site.

Catering

Catering is available on site.

Maintenance of Good Order

The hirer shall at all times be responsible for the maintenance of good order and ensure that no unauthorised gaming or unlawful game is permitted and shall ensure that no undesirable person is permitted to enter or remain in the accommodation hired or otherwise make use of the accommodation and/or facilities hired. Upon breach of these Regulations, Danson Sports FC may terminate the hiring forthwith, both as to the hiring on the occasion of said breach and as to any future hiring by the same hirer. If the period of hiring has not expired on the occasion of the breach the hirer shall be liable to pay the Danson Sports FC the full amount payable under these conditions. Vandalism/misuse of facilities will not be tolerated and will result in permits being revoked.

Sexual or racial harassment or other forms of unacceptable/discriminatory behavior, whether physical or verbal, will not be tolerated. The hirer shall commit to confronting and eliminating discrimination, whether by reason of gender, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual identity, marital status or political or religious belief.

Danson Sports FC will work to ensure that any such discriminatory behavior is met with appropriate disciplinary action whenever and wherever it occurs.

Sub-Letting

The hirer shall not sub-let or sub-contract the facilities or any part of the facilities. The sub-letting of the 4G pitch is strictly prohibited and will result in the withdrawal of permits. If a team should find that they do not require any of their allocated permits then notice of cancellation should be given to Danson Sports FC by with at least 7 days notice at the latest and a lieu game will then be offered.

Waiting List

Teams will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Returning teams will be favoured.
